¿Sabes donde tirar el aceite de las frituras o de todos los alimentos que fríes en aceite,

hechos en casa?

Aunque no cocinemos muchos alimentos fritos en aceite, cuando lo hacemos, 'normalmente'

tiramos el aceite usado en el fregadero de la cocina o en algún otro resumidero, Verdad?

¿Por que lo hacemos?
Simplemente porque no hay nadie que nos explique como hacerlo en forma adecuada.
Siendo así, lo mejor que podemos hacer o recomendar hacer es:
1.- Esperar (Si,esperar, aunque eso te tome un poco mas de tiempo) a que el Aceite usado se

enfríe.
2.- Colocar el aceite de desperdicio en una botella de plástico (como las de Cola, etc.)
3.- Cerrarla y colocarla luego en la basura normal.¡¡¡
UN LITRO DE ACEITE CONTAMINA CERCA DE UN MILLON DE LITROS DE AGUA !!!.
Cantidad suficiente para el consumo de agua de una persona durante 14 años.
Cuantas cadenas has mandado solo porque son graciosas o crees que te va a caer la maldicion.

Cuando llegó a los cubanos, le dijo al ángel que anotaba en una planilla:

-'Estos van a ser inteligentes, honestos y comunistas'.

Cuando terminó de hacer el mundo, el ángel le llamó la atención y le dijo:
-'Padre, tú le has dado a todos los pueblos del mundo dos virtudes, pero a los cubanos les

has dado tres. Eso hará que ellos prevalezcan por encima de todos los otros pueblos del

mundo'.

-'Caramba ', dijo Dios, 'es cierto, pero como los dones de Dios no deben quitarse, debemos

I see in El Mundo that Spaniards are still big Euro-enthusiasts. Well, yes, we already knew that. Most Euro-barometer polls rank them as the most pro-Brussels of the 27 states. They are one of the few national electorates who would - who did - vote for the European Constitution Lisbon Treaty.

The interesting thing, though, is how this Euro-idealism fades among voters under 30. There are some peculiarly Spanish reasons for this, touched on by El Mundo. When British Europhiles claim that the alternative to the EU is isolation, the charge carries little force. People understand that Britain is connected by its colonising and enterprising energies to every continent. But Spaniards over a certain age know precisely what isolation means. Their emergence from dictatorship happened to coincide with their preparation for EU membership so that the two things became blurred in their minds. To an entire generation, "Europe" means freedom of expression and multi-party elections and contemporary art and short skirts and extra TV stations and admittance to the comity of nations.

But there is more to it than that. Polls in other countries show a similar demographic breakdown. In every recent referendum - France, the Netherlands, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, even Luxembourg - "Yes" votes came disproportionately from the over-50s. To people brought up with broadband and cheap flights, the idea that political structures should be dictated by geographical proximity seems bizarre. They see the EU for what it is: a hangover form the statist, big-bloc thinking if the 1950s. The integrationist cause - there is no nice way to put this - is dying of old age.

ECW Champion Mark Henry delivers a World's Strongest Slam to Matt Hardy to retain the ECW Title.

QUAD CITIES, Ill. - The World's Strongest Champion is still the king of the Land of the Extreme. In a brutal SummerSlam rematch on ECW on Sci Fi, ECW Champion Mark Henry defeated Matt Hardy, as Henry's ally, WWE Hall of Famer Tony Atlas, once again did more than just look on.

Henry and Hardy's title match at SummerSlam was cut short when Atlas attacked Hardy, leaving Henry to retain ECW gold on Sunday. After Atlas' assault, Hardy's brother, Jeff, rushed to aid his sibling, and then hit the WWE Hall of Famer. Finally, the brothers leveled Henry with a double-suplex. But these actions weren't enough to sideline the World's Strongest Champion in his mission to retain ECW gold.

Despite the 150-pound weight difference between Hardy and Henry, Hardy's inner strength and passion makes up for his smaller size. But that passion wasn't enough for Hardy this week, especially with Atlas at ringside. The WWE Hall of Famer interfered in the title match more than once, which the referee never saw. Despite a strong fight, Hardy fell victim to a World's Strongest Slam, leading Henry to retain the ECW Championship. (WATCH)

Also on Tuesday night, Tommy Dreamer, Evan Bourne & Super Crazy teamed up in tag action against John Morrison, The Miz & Chavo Guerrero, who was accompanied by his bodyguard, Bam Neely. After Morrison held down Dreamer's foot, leading him to become entangled in the ring ropes, The Miz delivered a neckbreaker off the ropes to pin the ECW Original for the tag team win.

Ricky Ortiz kept his undefeated streak alive on ECW. With his "Ricky O. Rally Towel" in hand, the flashy, brash newcomer picked up his fourth straight victory, much to the delight of the his fans - the Rick ‘n' Rollers - waving Rally Towels throughout the arena. Ortiz defeated the debuting Gavin Spears, another newcomer who calls himself "the crown jewel of ECW's New Superstar Initiative." Also debuting was ECW referee Aaron Davis, who arrived in the Land of the Extreme as part of General Manager Theodore Long's New Superstar Initiative.

Finally, the rivalry between Mike Knox and Finlay heated up during an intense confrontation. Knox, who accused Finlay of going "soft" because of his relationship with his son, Hornswoggle, was once again invited to join the man who loves to fight - who was without his trusty shillelagh - in the ECW ring. But the Desert Destroyer refused, accusing Finlay of being afraid, stating he'd make his move when he's good and ready. Since Knox wouldn't get in the ring for a second time, the Belfast Brawler stepped out and attacked Knox on the ramp, leading to an all-out brawl, which had to be stopped by several WWE officials. By the order of GM Long, Knox and Finlay will finally bring their differences to the ECW ring during a match on next week's ECW on Sci Fi. (WATCH)

Mi nombre es Jaboco Arteaga Ramírez. Mi historia comienza hace más de un año, cuando llevé a

mi hermano pequeño, de nombre Antonio, a ver una película infantil.
Durante el intermedio quiso ir al baño y me pidió dinero para comprar en  la dulcería y no

vi inconveniente en que fuera él solo. Paso algo de tiempo, cuando escuchamos mucho alboroto

afuera de la sala, fue cuando me di cuenta que Toñito ya se había tardado en regresar. La

sorpresa fue tremenda al descubrir que el alboroto se debía que a mi hermanito lo estaban

sacando de los sanitarios.........con su ropita rasgada y con sangre, temblando y envuelto

en llanto. Tenía señas de golpes en su carita y moretones en los brazos, y entre gemidos,

solo decía: 'me duele mucho'...
La revisión médica confirmó nuestros temores más profundos: Había sido torturado y violado.

Tenía  lesiones internas muy fuertes, como producto sufrió daños, el colon transverso.

Afortunadamente la rápida atención médica y un buen tratamiento ayudó a que pronto se

recuperara. A pesar de ello, ha estado en tratamiento psicológico por más de un año. Perdió

la capacidad de hablar durante 2 meses 1/2 y a veces aun sufre tic  nervioso.
Un año después, en una sesión de cine con mis compañeros de la Facultad me reuní para

realizar un trabajo sobre violencia  infantil revisamos un vídeo que consiguió un compañero.

Las imágenes de vídeo se suponía que eran ficticias, y analizábamos la violencia que manejan

esos videos. Lo que vieron mis ojos hubiera deseado no vivirlo jamás: encontramos el momento

en que abusaban sexualmente de mi  hermanito. Los gritos desgarradores, las imágenes de la

cámara, los golpes que le dieron, y 3 sujetos, 2 de ellos deteniéndolo y el desgraciado  que

le robó completamente su infancia, más el encargado de filmar. Hemos recurrido ante la ley

para denunciar el hecho, pero no quieren recibir los videos como testimonio, porque no hay

forma de investigar a los productores de estas porquerías, antes aun, nos quisieron acusar

de comprar pornografía  infantil y pagamos una fianza después de 36 horas de arresto. Por

favor: Si no podemos hacer nada por hacer justicia, al menos les suplicamos tengan mucho

cuidado con sus hijos y hermanitos pequeños.

So I think I have the best man ever!!!!!!!!

If you knew him you would know why. He is just so loving and so supportive and always there for me. He has been amazing this week. I have needed his help with everything more then ever and he stepped up to the plate even though he had things he needed to get done too. He hasn't even complained. Plus I have had control of the remote when Deacon goes to sleep and he has watched my stupid shows without complaint. I love him.

Deacon update:   He is growing up so fast. And boy is he funny too. So last night I check on him before I go to bed and he is in his crib completely naked. The little guy has figured out how to take off his diaper and everything. SO i put everything back on and go to bed. He wakes up laughing this morning, hwich is normal, so I go in there and he is naked again. But this time poop is everywhere too. Sneaky guy. He is laughing so hard too.  When I pick him up, he points to the tub knowing whats coming and is excited about that. So that was my morning before work.  Kyle left really early this morning so I had to deal with the poop myself. Yuck.

Una esposa regresa a su casa muy temprano y...encuentra a su marido en la habitación

matrimonial haciendo el amor con una tremenda, bella y espectacular, hembra infernal....!!

-Eh, desgraciado, mal nacido, infiel, falto de respeto!! Qué haces? Cómo te atreves a

hacerme esto a mí, a tu esposa fiel, la abnegada madre de tus hijos? Me voy ya de esta casa!

Quiero el divorcio!

-Espera..., espera... un momento!! Antes de decidir, por lo menos escucha lo que pasó..

-Hummmmm, no sé..., bueno, será lo último que te permita que me digas. Peeeeeero que sea

rápido, cretino, poco hombre!!

-Bueno, lo que pasó fue lo siguiente: mientras volvía a casa en el auto, esta joven me pidió

que le diera un aventón. La vi tan indefensa que accedí a llevarla. Noté que estaba muy

delgada, mal vestida y sucia... Me contó que hacía 3 días que no comía. Con gran compasión y

dolor, la traje para casa y le recalenté los tallarines que te preparé anoche y que no te

comiste porque

engordabas; y la pobre chica los devoró prácticamente. Luego, como estaba muy sucia, le dije

que se bañara.

Mientras se duchaba noté que su ropa estaba sucia y rota; así que se la tiré a la basura.

Para que se vistiera le di esos jeans que hace años no usas porque te quedan apretados, la

blusa que te regalé para el aniversario y que no usas porque tuve mal gusto cuando la escogí

y no te gusta; el sweter que te regaló mi hermana para la Navidad y no usas para molestarla,

y las botas que compraste en esa lujosa zapatera y que nunca más te pusiste desde que tu

amiga se compró unas iguales.

Al final, cuando la joven se iba muy agradecida y la acompañé a la

puerta, se volvió y con los ojos llorosos me preguntó: -No tendrá usted otra cosita que su

señora ya no use? ... ¡Y en eso estábamos

Cuando cumplí 14 años esperaba algún día tener una novia.

Entonces decidí que necesitaba una mujer estable.

Cuando tuve 25 años encontré una mujer muy estable, pero aburrida. Era totalmente predecible

y nunca la excitaba nada. La vida se hizo tan plomiza que decidí que necesitaba una mujer

más emocionante.

A los 28 encontré una mujer excitante, pero no pude seguir su ritmo. Iba de un lado a otro

sin detenerse en nada. Hacia cosas impetuosas y coqueteaba con cualquiera que se le cruzara.

Me hizo tan miserable como feliz. De entrada fue divertido y energizante, pero sin futuro.

Entonces decidí buscar una mujer con alguna ambición.

Cuando llegue a los 31, encontré una chica inteligente, ambiciosa y con los pies sobre la

tierra. Decidí casarme. Era tan ambiciosa que me pidió el divorcio y se quedó con todo lo

que yo tenía.

Ahora, a los 50, me gustan las mujeres con tetas grandes, buen culo y punto.

computadora de última generación que identificaba a los pasajeros y por medio de una voz le

decía quien era y que vuelo tenia.       Cuando él pasa por la computadora dice:     Manuel

Manuel fue al baño, se quitó el bigote, se cambió de camisa y pasa nuevamente por la

computadora y ésta le dice:      Manuel Duque, 52 años, español, casado, pasajero del vuelo

1455 de Iberia.      Pero Manuel no se da por vencido.   Vuelve al baño, se maquilla, se

pone una peluca rubia y un vestido de mujer y vuelve a pasar por la computadora, y esta le

dice:        Manuel Duque, 52 años, español, casado, y por **** acaba de perder el vuelo

1455 de Iberia.

MY SWIM

My phone vibrated at 6.30 am, the day was a big day because I had to swim 325 lengths in 25 metres pool.  I kept on thinking about 'am i going to pass or fail this swim?' as I had never swam more than 100 lengths! I had to be in the pool in my speedo by 7.30 am.  My mum and my brother were there to motivate me!  The stopwatch started, I swam and swam until about 100 lengths  - I got so bored but I was still determined to do it.  My arms started to ache, but I had to do another 200 and I thought, no I came all this way for nothing so I continued! 

At 324 lengths, I decided to swim really fast and I managed to finish it! WHOO! I was bloody starving and went to the restaurant and had baked beans on toast! It was the best thing ever!

In this year, in this occasion, in this olympic we just have given this guy an awful lot of pressure. Liu is undoubtly considered as a national hero after he won the first ever gold medal in 110 hurdles at Athens olympic. To be frankly, sportsman all have to face their high and low tide and injury is a part of their life and Liu is not exceptional. You can see his poster everywhere in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and many big cities in China. People has pressed him an extra-ordinary amount of pressure. But has anybody thinks Liu is same as us, as a human being; why he needs to face that much pressure?

You see China in this olympic has 45 gold medals now, there is not just Liu only can carry the country to be pride and where are those 45 gold medalist's poster on the street?
People don't even need to feel sorry about Liu's DNP in 110m hurdles. Because he is just only one out of a few hundreds representative of PRC team in this olympic.

Nowadays sports turns to be really in business point of view. You see all big sports company such as Nike, Puma and Addidas. All they have sponsored are just the very famous athletics, footballers, basketball players and some famous sports players.
My question actually is, 'Sportsman is not a celebrities and why we are running the same rule to support the famous popular sportsman only?' Have you ever seen the gold medalist of Weight-lifting or Archery sportsman on the poster?

There are many un-named hero who has got more than 1 gold medals in China, but why people just simply focus on Liu and Yao Ming (Chinese basketball captain)?
